📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' learning needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's education.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about each student's progress and needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in educational therapy.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus.
• Certification as an Educational Therapist or a related credential is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational therapy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
