📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels across our retail network in Canggu, Bali.
• Develop and implement allocation strategies to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.
• Collaborate with retail managers and sales teams to monitor inventory performance and address stockouts or overstock situations.
• Utilize advanced tools such as SAP and Excel to model and simulate allocation scenarios, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct regular inventory reviews and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and smooth supply chain operations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail inventory management to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on inventory management best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail inventory management, allocation planning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
