📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory and stock levels using tools like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Coordinate and track shipments using shipping software such as ShipStation or Shippo.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of logistics documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to emails.
• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to shipments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and virtual assistance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably in a virtual assistance capacity.
• Proficient in using logistics and administrative software such as QuickBooks, SAP, ShipStation, or Shippo.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
