📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory management.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Train and mentor junior data analysts and other team members on data analysis techniques and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
