📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update HRIS using advanced Excel skills, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support HR operations by managing employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
• Provide technical support to HR team members, resolving issues related to HRIS.
• Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance HRIS knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Knowledge of HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
