📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Process and verify customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on overdue payments, negotiating settlements and resolving disputes with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely invoice issuance and collection.
• Monitor receivables aging and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
