📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports for internal and external use
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing support to the Finance team
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up-to-date
• Support the Finance team in preparing financial statements and reports
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
