📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage GA operations, including office administration, facilities management, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Organize and participate in team-building activities and training sessions.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of HR and GA activities using HRIS and GA software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA roles, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficient in using HRIS and GA software such as BambooHR, Workday, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
