📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Train and mentor retail staff to uphold high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using POS and inventory management software to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute store-specific initiatives that align with company goals.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
