Estate Manager (PKS) - Palm Oil Plantation Leadership Role

Located in Sarolangun, Jambi, our plantation covers over 5,000 hectares and produces high-quality palm oil. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Estate Manager to join our team and help us achieve our vision of becoming a sustainable and profitable palm oil company.

In this role, you will work closely with farmers, mill managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity. You will be using tools like SAP for ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS software for mapping and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the palm oil plantation, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals, including field supervisors, mill managers, and administrative staff.
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, including water conservation, waste management, and energy efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and contractors on the plantation.
• Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the palm oil industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP for ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Palm Oil Sustainability (e.g., RSPO, SMETA) is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the palm oil industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
