Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic achievement.,Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Stay current with educational trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or license.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
