📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics processes.,Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to uphold high standards of performance.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.,Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external parties.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business purposes.
