📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Market and promote available properties to potential tenants.
• Conduct lease negotiations and ensure all legal and financial documents are in order.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and maintain property standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong understanding of leasing laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using leasing software such as Yardi, Compass, or similar.
