📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain high levels of performance.,Monitor warehouse metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to protect employees.,Manage warehouse budget and resources, including equipment and staffing, to optimize operational costs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse operations.,Certifications in warehouse management or related fields are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
