Cloud Space Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and dining experiences to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the restaurant meets its financial targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that the restaurant is fully operational and ready for business each day.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.,A strong understanding of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.,A valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications or qualifications.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
