📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.,Train and mentor quality control team members to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest quality control practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the entire organization.,Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all products and services meet the required quality standards before they are released to customers.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
