📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.,Identify training and development needs through data analysis and employee feedback.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of learning and development initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
