📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Lead and participate in team meetings, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with branch operations and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
