Crown Tech Jaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
