📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update HRIS using advanced Excel skills, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support HR operations by managing employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
Provide technical support to HR team members, resolving issues related to HRIS.
Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
Participate in training sessions to enhance HRIS knowledge and skills.
Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or related roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Knowledge of HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
