In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our café. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
