Up Fast Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in supporting the distribution operations and ensuring smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating distribution activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including delivery schedules and customer feedback.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to distribution.,Support the distribution team in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular checks on delivery routes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Assist in preparing and presenting reports on distribution performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or distribution operations.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and logistics management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or other logistics management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
