📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all received goods using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
