As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
