📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Provide HR training and development opportunities for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
