PT Otoman Wisesa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle records, maintenance logs, and insurance information.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to new drivers and maintenance personnel.,Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained to meet safety and performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.
