📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's objectives and strategies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to ensure the successful execution of company-wide initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
