📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a smile.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks.,Provide information about the hotel and its services.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
