📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of medical projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment and healthcare facilities is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
