📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including mileage, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment, as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure timely submission of reports.,Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure the fleet meets all safety standards.,Provide support to the operations team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
