📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and maintain MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MEP systems promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related role.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and building automation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
