📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure they meet the required service standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food safety and quality standards.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets the required standards and customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by working collaboratively with the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and training staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
