📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
